Launch “Phone”
Tap “Menu”
Go to “Settings” > “Block numbers”
Tap the “-“ button next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock
Block Messages from Settings:
Launch “Messages”
Tap “Menu”
Go to “Settings” > “Block messages”
Tap “Block numbers”
Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select it from “Contacts” / “Inbox”
Tap “Back” to confirm
